About Me
Homeopathy is a safe and natural approach to a healthy life.
I grew up using homeopathy but didn't really appreciate its power until I had my family. I saw a homeopath for myself and my children and found it a fantastic way to treat post-natal depression, as well all the various ailments of childhood.
Homeopathic medicines are effective, safe and non-toxic. Homeopathy empowers people to take charge of their own health and wellbeing.
My use of homeopathy totally changed my attitude to my family's health and gave me the tools to treat my children for coughs, colds, fevers and more. Most importantly for me, it transformed my experience of motherhood and helped me to enjoy this special time without the shadow of post-natal depression with my third and fourth babies!
I went on to train for a degree in homeopathy and now work full time as a homeopath, both seeing patients privately and dispensing and making remedies at Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy.
I treat adults and children of all ages for a wide range of health issues.

Initial consultations are 1 hour and follow up consultations are 30 minutes.

Drop in for advice and remedies for acute ailments:
coughs, colds, hayfever etc.
No appointment necessary. £15 per person

First Consultations: £70

Drop in, phone or online acute appointments (max 15 mins): £15
These short appointments are for coughs, colds, minor infections and first aid advice.
Online appointments and home visits available on request.
24 hours notice is required of all cancellations, otherwise the full fee will be payable.

Support at the End of Life and for the Bereaved
I have in the last few years trained in the spiritual and emotional care of those at the end of life, and during the dying process. I also offer support for families throughout and after this process. For more information please get in touch.

Postnatal Support Service
I offer a comprehensive support service for mums who are at risk of or are suffering from Post-natal Depression. This can start at any time and will include regular phone conversations, coaching to promote and encourage selfcare, advice and support in looking after your little one(s), and homeopathic remedies to alleiviate symptoms.

Courses and Talks
Children's Health Days
An opportunity for parents to get together and learn about using homeopathy and natural remedies to help their children when they fall ill. We discuss the management of pain and fever, identification of common childhood illnesses, immune boosting for all the family, and common homeopathic remedies for use at home.
Pregnancy and Birth Preparation
I offer talks and private consultations on the use of homeopathic remedies in pregnancy, during labour and beyond for small groups, couples and individuals.
Homeopathy can be very helpful for ailments associated with pregnancy, and it is fantastic for helping healing after birth. It can also be used to help with anxiety associated with this sensitive time. After the birth remedies can be used to ease the transition into family life for parents, baby and siblings.
I also offer talks and workshops on homeopathy, natural home remedies and other approaches to natural health.
First Aid Courses
I offer a comprehensive home prescribing and first aid course. This can run over one day, or be divided into three shorter sessions of 2 hours each.
The aim of this course is to familiarise participants with common remedies to enable you to treat common ailments for yourself and your family. It covers most ailments that you would seek to treat at home such as coughs, colds, ear aches, stomach upsets and basic first aid.
